Planner l - Job Description OR Planner II – Job Description
The Town of Carbondale is accepting applications for either a Planner I or Planner II, full-time non-exempt position with a salary range of $61,600 - $92,400 (Planner I) or $66,400 - $99,600 (Planner II). Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with required evening meetings 3 times per month with the Planning and Zoning Commission and Historic Preservation Commission.

Police Officer I Job Description
This is an entry level sworn position responsible to provide public safety and enhancement of the quality of life in our community through partnerships, advocation, prevention and enforcement. Supervision will be through department supervisory personnel through the chain of command, generally through Patrol Sergeant or other personnel responsible for a patrol shift. Police Officer II Job Description

The Patrol Officer II is an advanced sworn level position responsible to provide public safety and enhancement of the quality of life in our community through partnerships, advocation, prevention and enforcement. The duties of a Police Officer II are essentially the same as a Police Officer I, with the additional responsibility to take a lead role in the absence of a supervisor. Police Administrative Assistant | Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, team player who's outgoing to work in a community policing environment. The administrative assistant is a civilian position. that works inside the police department assisting the Chief of Police and supervises the records department. Knowledge of law enforcement is required to apply. The salary is $54,583 - $76,417 depending on skills and experiences. The police department has comprehensive benefits. Spanish speaking is a plus. Full-Time Parks Maintenance Position II | Job Description
The Town of Carbondale is accepting applications for our Parks Department full-time benefited Parks Maintenance II position. Position performs maintenance and construction duties on Town parks, athletic fields, open spaces, playgrounds and public facilities such as mowing grass, landscape, irrigation systems and general maintenance duties. Light equipment operation is a requirement of this position. A valid Colorado driver’s license is required. Physical exam, pre-employment and substance abuse testing will be required. Work hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm for a 40 hour work week, There is overtime, weekend and holiday hours also available at times. This is a salaried position with benefits.
