Right-of-Way Excavation & Obstruction Permit Application: (formerly a Street Cut Permit application) is needed for any work to be done in the public right-of-way in the Town of Carbondale. Utility and Street work inspections must be completed by the Owner/Applicant before guarantee fees will be refunded.
Items 1 and 2 must be completed by Applicant online. All required fields (*) must be filled in before the application will submit. Applicant will be notified of approval.
